Delivery area and cost

Our current delivery offer is for the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is included with every pillow offer on this website. Any applicable amount is displayed before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Order preparation normally takes 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery is 6–10 working days after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and delays

Tracking information is sent when available. Delivery may take longer during carrier disruption or busy periods. Contact contact@merylou.com if your parcel is late or tracking does not update. Unless another period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days or explain your cancellation options.

Addresses and charges

Check your delivery address before payment. Contact us promptly for a correction; changes cannot always be made after dispatch. If an additional import charge arises unexpectedly, contact us so we can resolve it; it is not an undisclosed charge you agreed to at checkout.
