Email contact@merylou.com with your order reference and a clear request to cancel. No special form is required.

You can use: “I wish to cancel my order [reference], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: […]. Address: […].”

We will confirm the next steps. If already dispatched, the returns procedure applies. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
